The Communication Committee stays abreast of events happening inside and outside our gates that affect our Residents and keeps the homeowners informed of any information they might need to make living at Signature of Solon an even better experience.
The Design Review Committee (DRC) evaluates home and landscaping plans to assure standards are followed as outlined in the Master Declaration of Covenants. Please contact Carlyle Management to find out the date of the next DRC meeting should you plan to submit a review request. The DRC Committee requests that all submissions be received two weeks in advance of the meeting for consideration to allow the committee members time to properly review the plans.

Homeowner's Association budgets are reviewed and set by the Finance Committee along with the monthly reports prepared by the management company .
The Social Committee creates an annual agenda for Residents and Signature deed holders that include family and adult events.
The Streets/Gates/Safety Committee is responsible for gate regulations and keeping our streets safe.
The Streets/Sewers Committee is responsible for all aspects affecting our private streets including asphalt repair and sealing and maintenance and upkeep of the drains and sewers.
The Committee oversees managing the landscaping budget which provides for the design and maintenance of the common areas. They are involved in reviewing design proposals and directing the efforts of the landscaped in keeping Signature of Solon a beautiful place to live.
