The Board of Trustees are Signature property owners, elected by Signature property owners and govern the Association on a volunteer basis. The mission of the Signature Board of Trustees is to maintain the amenities, design and integrity of this beautiful and unique development.
In order to meet required duties, the Board, on behalf of the Association, is empowered to enforce the provisions of the governing documents, as well as collect any required and necessary fees and assessments to sustain services.
Board Member nominations are normally made in October of each year; voting takes place at the Signature of Solon Homeowners Association Annual Meeting of its' members each November.
